Abstract

Investigated in the article are prerequisites and the already shown characteristics of the strategic changes that have been taking place in the state policy of the CPR in connection with the process of changing “the generation of leaders” that began in November, 2012. The cadre changes in the CRP leadership are analyzed. Especial attention is given to the changes in the Chinese foreign policy, to the “birth of the super-power” claiming to directly take part in global regulation.
