Abstract

The subject studied in the article is the channels, forms and purposes of investing black resources into the political sphere. On consistently considering those schemes of financing election campaigns and of sponsoring political parties, that are operative today in Russia, the authors demonstrate that apart from banal purchase of administrative services, there exists a technologically mounted process of "political investment"", by which business, drawing in black resources, buys a place in the power, putting in the place its man. In the basis of the research lie interviews with political technologists, representatives of political parties' central apparatuses, deputies of the State Duma and of regional legislative assemblies, as well as with leaders of organizations, who made use of the services of deputies of different levels for the solution of questions of business of their own.
