Abstract

Throughout human history the character of political risks has been determined by the factor of open/closed character of society. It is this factor that has been to a great extent influencing the content of the risks. The author shows that the evolution towards global openness engenders political risks of most different nature. They are inevitable and humankind is to learn to coexist with them.
