Abstract

The concluding part of the article considers the changes of Russia’s political system at the new stage of its development, continues analyzing problems of cooperation of the “power party” and the opposition, but also the changes that another most important constituent of the political system undergoes, namely the relations between business and the power and between the civil society institutions and the state. The author comes to the conclusion that the task of forming efficient opposition becomes the decisive socio-political imperative, realization of which determines all the further development both of the political system of Russia.
