Abstract

In this review of the revised edition of the manual of practical psychology for diplomats [Практическая психология для дипломатов: учебное пособие. Под ред. Р.Ф. Додельцева. МГИМО (У) МИД России, кафедра философии. 2-e издание, расширенное и переработанное. – М.: Изд-во МГИМО (У), 2012] it is the nowadays diplomatic work that constitutes the subject of research – so far as practical psychology is minded and applied in it, whereas diplomacy has not yet found its place within the research field of academic science.
