Abstract

The paper examines three books, prepared by representatives of the Perm school of political science (Panov P.V., Sulimov K.A., Fadeeva L.A., ed. The Struggle for Identity and New Institutions of Communication. Moscow: ROSSPEN. 2012. 263 p.; Fadeeva L.A. Who are We? Intellectuals in the Struggle for Identity. Moscow: The New Hronograph. 2012. 320 p.; Sulimov K.A. Ideology and Institutions. Communications: Political Theory to Political Life. Perm: Tipografija kupca Tarasova. 2012. 176 p.). The author writes about the result of a research project on struggle between various communities, institutions, groups for identity, the practice of incorporating new institutions communications in national political processes and local-scale.
