Abstract

Entering into a controversy with M.Chernikov, who published in the previous issue of the journal his article “Logic of Social Interactions in the Light of Two Conditions of Justice”, where universal formalized description is proposed, of complex social systems’ functioning, the author of the present article turns to problems of methodology of modeling socio-political interactions. His attention is focused on the questions of the subject of theoretical modeling of this kind, as well as of the extent to which a mental experiment in modeling complex socio-economic or socio-political systems can be free from limitations that such experiments are subjected to by pre-existent knowledge.
