Abstract

In this second part of his article, the author is analyzing the regime of the immigration existing in Russia. Here are the questions he is trying to answer: What are the main particular features of the regime of the immigration, forming in today’s Russia? In what respects is this regime similar to the corresponding regimes in the Western countries, and in what respects should it be characterized as specific?
