Abstract
A well-known researcher and analyst is presenting his vision of Russia’s desired future, comparing academician Andrey Kokoshin’s new book (“Technocracy, Technocrats and Neotechnocrats”) with the latest report of the Institute of modern development to the President of Russian Federation. What he calls for, in particular, is that a liberal Utopia not be substituted for the Communist one.
