Deputy chairman of the Expert council in political science, RF Superior Attestation Commission, Professor Ya.A.Plyays is analyzing provisional results of the reorganization of the network of political science dissertation councils and of the reformation of the current Nomenclature of research specialities, as well as joining the discussion on the new “Concept of Researchers’ Attestation System”.
