Abstract

The article deals with a variety of human rights concepts, considering them on the basis of traditional and new criteria in the modern politico-legal theory and touching on certain directions of the development of the human rights science. The author points to new directions of the human rights research, for example to new “generations of human rights”, alongside with the traditional theory of three generations of human rights.
