The “Russian power” is viewed as an involved self-productive complex of political relations, based on specific mental structures (frames and symbols, such as our/alien, high ideals/profit, delivery/redistribution, etc.), a model of interactive rituals and institutions (regulative, coercive, and redistributive). And on this basis the attributes of the “Russian power” (identified by A.N. Oleinik) are explained and interpreted: power as an end in itself; legitimizing role of violence; asymmetry of rights and responsibilities; poor feedback.
