Abstract

The journal acquaints the reader with fragments of the author’s Introduction for the book (just prepared for publication) by an outstanding Russian geopolitical scientist Vadim Leonidovich Tzymbursky (1957 - 2009) “Conjunctures of the Earth and of the Time”. Among the subjects treated in the proposed publication, there are, in particular: topical questions of modern geopolitics and geostrategy, problems of chronopolitics and of metamorphoses of the notion of sovereignty.
