Abstract

The article contains polemics with M.G. Delyagin, Director, Institute of Globalization Problems. In fact, does China really present a threat for us? In the author’s opinion, the Chinese example is a reproach for Russian society and for the Russian authorities. This example demonstrates for us, that notwithstanding most complicated socio-political and economic situation, it is yet possible to carry out reforms leading to accelerated development.
