Abstract

Collapse of the Soviet Union twenty years ago led to dissolution of the control system over the state space. The Russian society had to establish structures which would underpin an effective organizational form of political space. This article is aimed at working out an analytical model useful for explaining institutional mechanisms on this area of post-soviet transformation.
