Abstract

Considered in the article is the system of state budgeting of research projects in Japan, for which purpose the author analyzes the activities of the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), traces its history, characterizes its structure, peculiarities of its expertise organization, of its fellowships awarding etc. Demonstrated are the dynamics, the structure and the key trends of the state budgeting of research projects of 2012. Special attention is given to methods of verification and implementation of scientific research.
