The task raised in this article is to analyze the main purposes and methods of the activity of modern anti-system movement. In the author’s opinion, elaboration of a general program of «protest against the system» cannot be alienated from problems of methods of practical action; likewise, practical activity transforming the system must be oriented to the achievement of certain purposes. Thus the necessity is demonstrated in the article, of dialectical interaction of strategy and tactics of modern anti-system movement. Special attention is given to the prospects of movement of «protest against the system».
