December 1 it was confirmed that on November 27, Takashi Inoguchi, a prominent political scientist and member of the International Editorial Board of Polis. Political Studies journal, died in his apartment in Tokyo as a result of a severe fire. We convey our deepest condolences to his widow, Ms. Kuniko Inoguchi, and to all his relatives and colleagues.  

訃報。12月1日、著名な政治学者であり、学術誌「Polis」の国際編集委員会メンバーである猪口孝氏が11月27日の東京の自宅での火事により亡くなられたことが発表されました。これは日本だけでなく、世界の政治学界にとっても大きな損失です。

夫人の猪口邦子氏、親族ならびに同僚のみなさまに謹んでお悔やみ申し上げます。
