We publish an article by IMEMO RAS president Alexander Dynkin entitled „Transformation of the world order: economy, ideology, technology“, which starts the 5th issue of out journal. Read in English.

 October 29 will mark the 95th anniversary of the birth of a prominent scientist Yevgeny Primakov, who for several years (1985-1989) headed the Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which now bears his name. In order to remind the political science community of the upcoming anniversary, Polis is posting on its website an article by a well-known analyst at the IMEMO Alexei Arbatov, entitled "Disarmament in history and at present: theory vs practice" (in English) and in the very near future will publish an article by IMEMO president Alexander Dynkin entitled "Transformation of the world order: economy, ideology, technology".
