Abstract
Two factors of a planetary scale – Russia’s natural and China’s human resources – are placed beside each other and cannot be in the nearest future mutually isolated, states the author of the article. Solution of the problem of interaction requires establishment of new approaches, norms and rules on the global scale. Be they not established today, tomorrow we’ll become hostages of processes beyond the access of our possible influence.
