Considered in the article are resources of influence of states and non-state transnational actors in world politics. As is demonstrated in the article, crushing of resources, as well as of ways and methods of their use, is taking place in the contemporary world. Sociopolitical and humanitarian resource now becomes especially important. States use it in particular though the development of transgovernmental processes and structural power. Actors of world politics tend, on the one hand, to “fix” on a particular resource, and, on the other – to diversify resources. Knowledge of how resources are used and by whom, as well as understanding the current trends in this field will provide the opportunity to assess the influence in the world politics.
