“Polis” offers the readers of our journal an article by a Full Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexei Arbatov “Nuclear Metamorphoses” (“Nuclear Metamorphoses”). The article will appear in Polis No. 5, which will be published at the end of August. Due to the rapidly growing relevance of the topic of nuclear safety for our country and the whole world, we have made an exclusive decision to publish the article ahead of schedule. In order to expand the audience, the text was also submitted to the Russian International Affairs Council (in scientific publications, we recommend referring to the original publication in the journal “Polis. Political Studies” with pagination that coincides in Russian and English texts).
