Аннотация

Статья посвящена исследованию динамики развития концепций обоснования политического выбора. Наблюдается общий поворот от морального обоснования политического выбора к онтологическим концепциям, базирующимся на идеях прагматического и беспристрастного поведения в поиске критериев “правильного” решения, к которому относится истина и институты, ее обеспечивающие. Эпистемическая концепция демократии, основанная на теореме присяжных Кондорсе, определяет возможность достижения правильного выбора путем голосования по правилу большинства при учете компетентного, независимого и искреннего избирателя, что повышает вероятность правильного выбора. Расширение состава участников политического выбора усилило значение разнообразия знаний и мнений, что привело к концепции “умного множества”. Развитие социальных сетей и их аргументативной функции в спорах способствовало переходу к концепциям аргументативных сетей, обеспечивающих выбор правильного суждения посредством коммуникации. Выявленная динамика позволяет сделать вывод о возрождении значения концепции политики как рассуждения.
