Аннотация

Цель статьи – систематический анализ конкурирующих интерпретаций концепта Глобального Юга в современном академическом дискурсе. Для анализа метагеографических категорий предлагается оригинальная теоретическая рамка, базирующаяся на адаптированной модели “семантического треугольника”. Опираясь на идеи критической географии, символической политики и теории ориентализма, автор обосновывает, что полисемия метагеографических категорий, таких как Глобальный Юг, обусловлена двойным оспариванием: во-первых, их символического содержания, во-вторых, их пространственного референта (географии, к которой они отсылают). С использованием данной рамки и методологии систематического обзора анализируются основные пути концептуализации Глобального Юга в англоязычных и русскоязычных академических публикациях за последние 30 лет. Анализ показывает, что общим семантическим ядром различных интерпретаций Глобального Юга выступает понятие неравенства. Вариативность его осмысления по двум осям – содержанию неравенства (от чисто экономического до многомерного/ интерсекционального) и географическому масштабу неравенства (от государствоцентричного до транснационального и детерриториализированного) – порождает типологию/матрицу из четырех ключевых значений концепта: 1) группа экономически неблагополучных государств; 2) “глобальный субалтерн”, маргинализированный неолиберальным капитализмом; 3) социальные теории и знания с позиций Юга; 4) реляционная метафора для многомерных и контекстуально зависимых асимметрий власти. В статье делается вывод, что Глобальный Юг функционирует как категория с “семейным сходством” в духе Л. Витгенштейна. Различные интерпретации понятия объединены общей озабоченностью проблемой неравенства, что и составляет его концептуальное ядро и одновременно источник его полисемии.
